Welcome to my signature course of deep healing Breathwork and integration support over 4 powerful weeks.
Now in its 10th intake, this course has evolved over five years of guiding hundreds of souls through the inner journey, an exploration and transformation that profoundly changed the course of my life. Every round carries its own magic: the right people, at the right time, in the perfect constellation to heal ourselves together.
Across four powerful Breathwork sessions you’ll explore your life through the energetics held in your body - the patterns, beliefs, stories you hold and emotional imprints that have shaped your inner world.
You’ll learn the incredible power of Conscious Connected Breath, supported through guided Breathwork, movement, meditation and a curated soundscape that supports the frequency for healing.You’ll be guided deeply inward to release what no longer belongs, to dissolve emotional residue held in the body and create space for an expansion and remembrance of who you truly are. When you feel called to this journey it is a time of great transformation.
These journeys are designed as both an anchor and an opening to your deepest self where you will be held lovingly and safely by me.

4 x 2 hour Breathwork Journeys
Each session is a fully guided journey through self-enquiry, gentle movement and opening active breath patterns, a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey, Q&A and sharing circle to close.
Healing workbook with weekly themes, reflection prompts and home practice to deepen your experience.
Healing gift of a homemade weighted eye mask, sacred woods and Blue Lotus tea
Access to recordings and guidance for home practice + Healing Course Online for 12 mths after the course to use and repeat journeys as needed.

We begin at the foundation. This session grounds you into your body, your history and your lineage, exploring the early experiences, family dynamics and root patterns that shaped your inner landscape.
We reconcile with our past and the unique circumstances of our life to begin our journey. -
Sacral, Solar Plexus Chakras - Water & Fire Elements
The lower centres store the emotional debris of unresolved trauma: the wounds, fears and self-limiting beliefs that quietly run our lives. This journey draws on the cleansing power of water and the transformative fire that ignites your spirit. A deep clearing, a recalibration and a powerful emotional release.

Throat, Third Eye - Ether & Light Elements
Here we peel back the masks.
You connect with your intuitive self - the part of you ready to speak your truth, see clearly and trust the path that is uniquely yours. This session is an awakening of inner guidance, clarity and authentic expression. -
Heart, Crown Chakra - Air & Spirit Elements
The final ceremony is a homecoming.
You meet yourself in your heart, deeply connected to your own divine intelligence. This session weaves together all that has been released, revealed and awakened, guiding you into the mystery and magic of who you truly are.
