The Passage $30 BRING A FRIEND

NZ$30.00

Sunday 13 September, 2 - 4pm
SOMM Studio

Join me for my final Breathwork Journey at SOMM Studio, a space to pause and return to yourself, to soften into your inner world and be held with care as you walk the brave passage of release and renewal.

SOMM Studio is where it all began for me five years ago as we came out of Covid our community finally had the opportunity to meet in person in the beautiful studio space upstairs. We experienced something rare and magical - a place of genuine support, where we helped each other recover, breath by breath, and I became a facilitator through hours and hours of guiding. Now, as SOMM closes its physical doors and moves fully online, I am offering one last journey together in the space that shaped so much of my own path.

This breathwork experience honours the closing of doors and the opening of new ones, the end of a season and beginning anew. We are always in transition - our bodies processing and releasing, adapting to life - but with conscious breathing and gentle clearing we can find greater space and freedom to step fully into what is next.

What to expect: Somatic practice with active breath patterns and gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body/mind, followed by a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey. Full guidance, integration and a sharing circle to close + tea and treats! Approx 2 hours.

Who is it for:

  • Private clients and Healing Course graduates

  • Anyone wishing to regulate their system, release and reconnect to themselves

  • Those navigating grief, transition, stress or emotional heaviness

  • Anyone ready to go deeper with their breathwork practice

  • Anyone who has journeyed with me at SOMM and wants to close this chapter together

15yrs+ please.
