Are you curious about Breathwork but not sure where to begin? This 3 hour workshop offers a powerful and safe foundation to start exploring one of our most transformative tools for self-healing and personal growth. This session is limited to 10 spaces only so you receive personal support and guidance for your journey.
Together we’ll explore how the conscious connected breath helps you release emotional tension, access the deeper layers of your subconscious, shift perspectives and restore connection between your body, mind and spirit. You’ll learn breath patterns to meet different emotional states, calm your system, and support your own healing process long after the workshop ends.
The session includes guided Breathwork practice and education to empower you with the knowledge and guidance to continue exploring over the summer.
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice for healing - a way home to yourself through physical, mental and emotional disruption. The breath becomes a bridge back to balance and truth. I discovered this practice six years ago during my own healing journey from addiction and grief, and it accelerated my growth in ways I never imagined. Through Breathwork, I found a way to help myself - to release, to process, to feel compassion for myself and to open my heart again.
