A 4 week, deeply guided inner journey of emotional release, reconnection and expansion through Conscious Connected Breathwork. Each 2 hour session includes intention, movement, active Breathwork, a full guided journey and integration support.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
Breathwork is an active practice and some consideration is needed for some conditions. Please take time to fill out the course intake form and medical screening form on registration even if you have done Breathwork with me before.
There are no refunds on this course. If you are unable to attend due to illness you will be sent the recorded session within 48 hours of the live event and will have access for 12 mths.
